Booking Fee Policy
Due to a few people not coming or cancelling on the day we have introduced a BOOKING POLICY. A fee of 25% of your booked appointment will be request at time of booking. This is payable at the Salon or by request from our booking system. We reserve the right to waver this fee or request 100% upfront if you have chosen to no show or cancel on the day on a previous appointment
Cancellations
We are a business and no matter how friendly we are we have a have structure in place for the business to grow. Policies give understanding of mutual appreciation and respect.
Please be aware we ask for 48hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment with us. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment we will require you to pay 25% of the service charge before you are able to rebook back in. If you do not turn up for your appointment we will require you to pay the full appointment cost before you are able to book back in as well as paying for any new appointments on booking.

Age Restrictions Policy
Please Inform us in Advance
We respectfully remind you that we cannot preform any chemical processes on anyone under the age of 16. The reason is that all legal salon products used in the UK are labelled as “not intended for use on persons under the age of 16”. We need to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to be covered for insurance.
